Unapologetic presents a woman whose gaze is both vulnerable and defiant, inviting confrontation with societal norms. The abstracted hashtags in the background transform into symbols of protest and digital activism, merging portraiture with the language of online resistance. The crown, childlike yet powerful, reaffirms self-authored dignity.

I created Unapologetic to capture the strength of women who resist silence. Inspired by the language of digital protest, the work reflects a generation that redefines power through visibility, voice, and defiance, refusing to apologise for its truth.
